WHY THIS HAPPENED:
The Reporting Party filed consumer-protection complaints and
published a consumer-warning website documenting alleged regulatory
violations by Nutrition Excellence LLC. The threats were made in
direct response to that publication.

IF YOU ARE THE OFFICER READING THIS:
The Reporting Party is available in person at Bloomington PD and
can surrender the mobile device for forensic examination. The
Recording Party's mobile device contains the original voicemail in
its native voicemail system. Subpoena to Verizon (the carrier of
+1 612-716-9997) will recover the original voicemail metadata if
deleted.
