WHAT:
Active regulatory complaints filed with four state and federal
agencies against Nutrition Excellence LLC (Bloomington, MN),
operating as "Nutrition Elements" and "Moonshot Gummies," and
its principal Evan Bosma.

Allegations include consumer fraud, product misbranding
across state lines, irregularities in Certificates of Analysis,
unsanitary manufacturing conditions in a commercial office
suite, and unauthorized employee surveillance (admission in
writing by the principal).

WHEN:
Complaints filed August 2, 2026. Documented conduct period:
December 2025 through August 2026. Active Minnesota Department
of Health complaint under Minnesota Department of Health complaint.

WHERE:
Operating address: 10740 Lyndale Avenue, Suite 11W,
Bloomington, MN 55420. Alleged product distribution to retail
locations in Minnesota and North Dakota.

WHY IT MATTERS:
Consumers in North Dakota may have purchased edible products
labeled to contain 75 mg CBD per serving when the product
allegedly contained no active CBD ingredient. The Minnesota
Department of Health is investigating the unsanitary
