DEATH THREATS RECEIVED

1. Call 911 now. State clearly: "I have just received a verbal death threat by voicemail and text message. The caller is Bri Bosma at 612-716-9997. I have audio evidence. I am in fear for my safety."
2. Do not delete the voicemail. It is on your phone and backed up to your cloud account. Subpoena to Verizon can recover the original if deleted.
3. Do not engage with the subjects. Do not respond to texts or calls. Do not take down the website. Do not delete the website (that destroys evidence).
4. Document any further contact. Every subsequent call, text, or approach from the subjects becomes additional evidence.
5. Request an Order for Protection (Harassment Restraining Order) under Minnesota Statute § 609.748 against Evan Bosma and Bri Bosma.
6. File a report with Bloomington PD in person at 13820 West 78th Street, Bloomington, MN 55438 — (952) 563-4900. Bring your phone and a printed copy of the police-report-threats.md document.
7. Notify the Federal Authorities if the threats continue or escalate, since this is connected to your existing federal tip.

These threats were made in direct response to the publication of consumer-warning materials documenting alleged regulatory violations by Nutrition Excellence LLC (operating as "Nutrition Elements" and "Moonshot Gummies"). The threats themselves are additional evidence supporting the consumer-protection complaints:

• The SMS explicitly references "this fucking website" — confirming the Reporting Party's role as a consumer advocate and the subjects' awareness of the public-interest publication.
• The threats were issued after the Reporting Party filed regulatory complaints with FDA, federal authorities, MN OCM, NDDA, and MN Department of Health.
• The threats include a specific demand to "restore our fucking website before you go to fucking prison" — establishing the Reporting Party as a consumer-protection witness rather than a personal adversary.

The pattern of conduct supports existing complaints and provides additional grounds for an Order for Protection under Minnesota Statute § 609.748.

Minnesota Statute § 609.713 — Terroristic Threats (Felony)

Whoever threatens, directly or indirectly, to commit any crime of violence with the purpose to terrorize another or to cause evacuation of a building, place of assembly, or facility of public transportation, or otherwise to cause serious public inconvenience, or in reckless disregard of the risk of causing such terror or inconvenience, is guilty of a felony.

The voicemail contains a direct verbal death threat with the evident purpose of terrorizing the Reporting Party to suppress consumer-protection publication.

Minnesota Statute § 609.749 — Stalking (Felony)

A person who stalks another is guilty of a felony. "Stalk" means to engage in conduct that the actor knows or has reason to know would cause the target to feel frightened, threatened, oppressed, persecuted, or intimidated, and that is directed at a specific person.

Repeated SMS contact spanning 9+ months plus an explicit death threat within the documented period satisfies this statute.

Minnesota Statute § 609.748 — Order for Protection

Authorizes Harassment Restraining Orders for conduct that "would cause a reasonable person substantial emotional distress." The documented threats satisfy this standard.

Minnesota Statute § 609.2231 — Assault, 4th Degree

Whoever commits an assault as defined in section 609.223, subdivision 1, is guilty of a misdemeanor. Assault is an act done with intent to cause fear in another of immediate bodily harm or death.

The verbal death threat "I'm gonna fucking kill you, bitch" establishes the intent to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death.
